    Waldrup vs Countrywide settlement

    Have you lately just been nailed some cheque that you have no idea why it was sent to you by it seems to be from Countrywide or you have just.heard about the settlement and want to know if you are eligible to be a beneficiary of the settlement.

    Well every year millions of dollars are said to be left unclaimed and at times at a given back to the complaint and this could be your chance to get at least $25 for something that took place years ago and maybe something you don’t even remember. Or would you want to know of countrywide owes you money? Below Is just an explanation of the case between Barbara Waldrup and Countrywide financial corporation , Case No. 2:13-cv-08833-CAS-AGR.

     

    About the case

    Plaintiffs Barbara Waldrup, Elizabeth Williams, Beckie Reaster, and Rebecca Murphy filed two lawsuits against Defendants in 2013 and 2016, respectively. In their complaints, Plaintiffs allege that they applied for home mortgage Loans from Countrywide, or affiliated entities, and that Countrywide ordered a property appraisal from LSA and charged Plaintiffs fees for those appraisals. Plaintiffs allege that the appraisals were not valid because they were not prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and Plaintiffs would not have paid the appraisal fees if they had known this information.

    Who is Eligible

    The class action has two classes who will see themselves getting compensated so long they did not exclude themselves from being part of the class action. The lawsuit benefits all those who are regarded as citizens of the United of America who between 1 January 2003 and 31 December 2008 had an appraisal with Landsafe for a loan from Countrywide and this is the Nationwide class. The Texas class includes all persons who also from the same period of 1 Jan 2003 to 31 December 2008 received an appraisal from Landsafe  for a loan which was originated by Countrywide.

    The claims certified for class action treatment consisted of a claim for alleged violation of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act on behalf of the Nationwide Class and a claim for unjust enrichment under the common law of Texas on behalf of the Texas Class.

    Conclusion

    The payments will be sent.to.members of the class from 10 October 2020 into the month of November. If you have received any emails or notification that you are eligible then you will be receiving some check in the specified time it is not a safe or fake information.     Have you received a text message that seems.to be coming from Halifax Bank and you believe they are a scam because maybe you don’t even have an account at Halifax or you know the scam just looks phishy? You are not the only one. There are thousands of other people who have been receiving these text messages and have been asking if it is a scam text message.

    There are two main scam texts that at a being reported and claim to be from Halifax and we are going to be taking about these. If you have any you have received please let us know and below are some of the scam texts.

    About the scam

    The text message attempts to steal your bank details by tricking you into attempting to login on their fake site which will.be insecure and reveals your details to them. Once you have attempted to login you may be told there was an error or that the login failed but they will have had already stolen the details and can use them to charge your account without  your consent.

     

    Verdict

    A lot of these scam text messages have been received by a lot of people even those who don’t have account at Halifax. If you have received one like this be warmed that it is a scam and Halifax had denied having anything to do with these messages and claim they are from scammers and are also warning their users against them.     Hello everyone and welcome to my review about some scam texts that have been recently received by some people which claim to be from FedEx. I’m pretty sure there are millions of text messages that are sent to people from FedEx everyday but there is this specific one where you know you really have nothing that is supposed to be coming your way from FedEx and lately there have been a lot of these fake delivery scam texts claiming to be different companies. Well if you have received one you think to be a scam please share with us in the comments section.

     

    Is it a Scam?

    There has been a text message that says something like “Hi Donny, FedEx is delivering your order today. To verify delivery address please fill in your information here now.” After that they give you a link to click on. The one we have has a link that starts with wm7q.com which is no doubt some untrustworthy risky site to go to. But these scam texts usually have different links.

    The link is where all the scamming takes place. Once you click it they may ask you to give your details which are confidential. FedEx doesn’t do that from what I know you should have had already given them the address and don’t need to confirm it on the day of delivery.

     

    Verdict

    They may even ask you to make a small payment to get the item or may tell you there is a pending shipping cost or stuff like that. The small payment you make is just a way to get your credit card detail. The site may also contain malware which is harmful to your devices at times or they make you do stuff which want them money such as completing surveys and offers.     Are you a games fun and have come across some site claiming to be giving away free v-bucks and fortnite skins? I’m sure you are then really interested in this deal but no doubt want to know if this really is a legit site or they are just there to waste people’s time and steal money from them.

    We are going to be looking into this site in this review and we will be assessing whether 2kbuckscod3.pw is a scam website or just another scam. As you shall see here there really is nothing good about 2kbuckscod3 and we also hope you share your views and experience in the comments section.

    2kbuckscod3 is one of the many scam sites that you will come across telling you they will give you free stuff to use in your games. Already we have tried them and found them to be a scam. You will be told to choose the amount of bucks and then the fortnite skin you want. Once you have done that they will eventually lead you to some human verification.

    This is where the scam comes in, it isn’t a normal human verification but they will tell you to do stuff like get some gift card or complete some surveys or offers or install some applications and all this will want them some money one way or the other. After you have done that you still won’t get the free V bucks or the fortnite. According to whois this site is a new site that was created on 24th of September 2020.

    Verdict

    The site is just wastage of precious time and you shouldn’t waste your time waiting for those V bucks. Be sure you don’t make any payments to avoid having your credit card card details stolen and money taken from your account without yiur consent. I’m sure you might have also come across the scam texts because they are quite a number of them and they claim different items but we are going to try to specify the different scam texts that we have come across.

    The majority of the scam texts claim that your driving records have been pulled recently, please check these changes here whilst some say negative marks have been posted to your driver records online , see these new updates this month. The scammers will leave a link for you to click and these links will take you to all sorts of sites. Some may be aware sites, others surveys sites and others will lead you to some people claiming you have won some lottery or phone or cash prize and all these are fake suspicious sites that may attempt to steal your details.

     

    Verdict

    If you have received these scam texts and haven’t already opened them then you can simply ignore them or delete them. Whatever the site is selling this site has been regarded as a new and untrusted online store to buy from. If you have come across the site and have questions regarding them below are some of the scam signs that we have come across on the site.

    First of all the site is still too new to be trusted. According to the whois details if the site it was created on the 18th if September 2020 which makes them too new to even trust. There are also a lot of sites with the same look and these have been mostly scams so if you see one that looks the vintage look and boxes and all you want to be careful. I don’t know what you think about their prices but they are a little too good to be true too.

    They are too new to be trusted and as at date of review there aren’t any reviews by any customers maybe you want to check the comments section or be the first one to share your review. The prices on the site aren’t realistic too. It’s either you get scammed completely and get nothing or you get some fake counterfeits but they show that they are selling you original boots and clothing for an over 60% discount so definitely this is a scam but we will wait for customer reviews.

    Have you received an email that claims to be from sasol lately and claims to be having vacancies that you may be interested in. Well if you haven’t already paid any attention to them you might just be lucky and may be avoiding getting scammed because already there are  a number of people who have already fallen for the fake employment scam. These guys aren’t Sasol at all and in this short review we will be discussing the aim of these emails coming from career@sasolinterns.com.     About the scam

    The scam is a scam that has been around for quite some time now. Reports of such scams claiming to be Sasol can go back to around 2018 and possibly some time before that. These scammers make you believe that you have found a job maybe through some email or sms.

    Once you believe this they will then ask you for some police clearance which they claim you will have to obtain from them. To get this clearance you as told to make a payment then they send you your clearance after you send them the proof of payment. Well this s where you will have had been scammed. You so t get any job and clearance and they will disappear with your money.

     

    Verdict

    If you come across some employment emails that tel you to make some form of payments then you want to be careful. They are usually scams just like this one coming from career@sasolinterns.com although there are many other emails address they may use. The emails are mostly being sent to people in South Africa.     Well firstly the prices have been said to be too good to be true even by the manufacturers. They can’t get any profit from that, just loss unless of cause if they sell fake items which I doubt they would do. I somehow think these guys might not even be selling anything and just want your money.

    They haven’t given any contact details and that makes them real risky because it shows they are hiding their identity. They dont have amy reason to be trusted and are still too new to even be trusted. We looked them up on whoosnamd the site was made in July 2020.
