So all those with questions regarding what is Helioshd.com, is to a scam, legit, honest, real, fake, fraudlent, genuine, good or a bad site to buy from below are some of the things you need to know before you buy from them.

What others are saying about the site.

A number of people have had to have their say regarding the site. The site as to whether they are a scam or a legit site is still not clear as some people have claimed they received their items whilst some claim that they haven’t received anything yet. Well the major reason that is given is that there are delays because of the corona and this is what any peolle have heard from the support of the site. There are still a number of reasons why some people believe the site to be a scam and yet still we cannot over look that they have also had good reviews .

If you haven’t already bought from the site it would not be wise to buy if you don’t really trust them but if you have already bought from them then you may want to wait a little bit longer to receive your item. Below are some of the reasons the site might not be really trusted.

The site is still too new

The site was created in 2019 in the month of December and not many people have bought from the site and so it might be hard to tell at the moment.

The reviews are all 5 star

The site is hiding negative reviews on their page and this is possible because all the reviews displayed are 5 star which is not possible even for the best of sites so it is possible  they are only displaying positive reviews which is also understandable but shows a high level of lack of transparency.

Verdict

The site looks legit even though they are still some reasons not to trust them. I ordered from Helios HD on 5/31/20 (1 necklace, 2 bracelets). I just received them today 7/20/20. I’m not sure if they are a scam bc I received what I ordered, but I don’t believe they are based in London since my order tracking showed my items were being shipped via China YunExpress. The items I received are very cute and as pictured. Not sure in the quality yet. Hope that helps.

I ordered on June 8th 2020 today is July 27th and the bracelets I ordered still have not arrived. I got a tracking receipt saying they are in transit from China. I never would have ordered if I knew they were coming from China.

They are a scam. I ordered June 6th. When I saw the tracking information I knew. They are based in China. I finally received 2 of 3 items. They are junk and will not refund. Don’t order from this company. Reviews on their website are probably not real

I ordered a bracelet on June 4th and today is August 6 and it still has not arrived.
I too would have never ordered knowing it was coming from China and how long its taking.
They said they were sending out another one since the first was lost. Im very leary of this company-
If I ever receive my bracelet, I will post it here-

This is a scam. It took over 2 months to receive the jewelry. They are very junky and cheap looking. I got duped.

I ordered a bracelet and paid $40 for it at the time. I waited a long time and it finally came but was the wrong one. The return address was Chicago but when I tried to get a refund I was told I had to return it to Finland. That cost $15 but I did that. Now I’m wondering whether I’ll see any sort of refund. There was communication between a Jane at the company and she was responsive but inflexible about the fact that they shipped wrong item and I still had to return at my expense to Finland. I do hope I get a refund but not holding my breath.

You won’t get a refund. Speak to your bank or credit card company for a refund. My bank refunded me because I never received anything.

I bought 2 bracelets from them. Paid $75. Never received a single thing. They fake scammers. I know someone else who purchased from them and after 2 1/2 months received fake, plastic junk from China. They claim they are “handcrafted” in London. THIS IS BULL! They have no shop in London- they send out cheap junk from China or nothing at all. They have a Finland address. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Oh- and they also try to sell other kinds of crap under various company names (t-shirts, etc)and claim to be “closing shop” due to Coronavirus. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
