The main complaints against the site are those about the quality. Many have said that the quality of the site has fallen real bad and the sole falls in about a year or less and the quality is poor. This isn’t one complain about This, almost all.complaints have been about the sole falling in 11 months , 6 months or so and I have my own opinion.
I think Dr Martens are great and good quality. No way I would get the sole to fall in those few months of course except it in putting them on too often. How you take care of them matters too, just because they are good quality doesn’t mean they don’t get worn out. I’m just saying.
Anyways it is good to note that most people who come back for reviews are those that have had some negative experience and from my experience all legit sites have negative reviews, it is so normal, remember the product is sold to 10 and 1 comes back to say thanks and 1 comes back to complain and the others who have a great experience don’t say anything, it that it is bad but it is just how people are they just expect it.to be great and when it proves to be exactly that they are not surprised and so have nothing to come back and say about it, to them its obvious the shoes are great quality.
Good reviews too exist for Dr Martens and I’m sure this is just a cup from the swimming pool. There are a lot of people who have had great experience and only a few come back and give an awesome report. Those who love this site are thankful for how this site handles customers, the great quality they get for the money they pay and also how they issue out a complaint and immediately get attended to. Even on trustpilot those who have said negative things about the site have been attended to and guess what they never came back to give a good review lol.

All in saying is that this site is a great online store but also has some negative things that happen along the way. Otherwise overall it is great. It is time tested and was created on the 4th of March in 1999. This is one reason why you want to buy from Dr Martens they won’t be any chances of getting scammed unlike when you Buy from many other online stores out there that are being advertised on Facebook and Instagram.
If we are to calculate the percentage of those who have had negative experiences from the site from those who have bought you will see that they are just a handful and for a site that has been online since 1999 there are most likely going to be many complaints but these aren’t even that many.
What i like about Dr Martens
Not just the popularity and the good quality but if you Buy from Dr Martens you can get a refund or return the shoes just in case something isn’t right. For example when you complain about the sole falling off you can get it fixed or get a new pair but you have to pay for the shipping even though the fixing if for free and no additional cash is required to get a new pair.
