In this review we are going to be accessing the legitimacy of this site and help all those who may be wondering whether the site is a legit online store or a scam site that is only after people’s money. Maybe you have bought something from the site already and haven’t had the best of experiences or are not sure what to expect this review is going to give you some information concerning all you need to know about the site. First of all people need to keep on mind that not everything that is advertised on Instagram and Facebook is legit. Because people have based on this assumption there are thousands of people that are being scammed everyday. A scammer simply puts his or her ad on Facebook and pays for it and gets more in return, people pay for products that don’t even exist. So you can’t base your trust for the site on the fact that it has an ad on Instagram or Facebook and I’m not saying the site is a scam but there are quite a number of scam reports that have risen against the site as you shall see in this review of what is articture.com.

50% isn’t so bad to be honest, and the reason we have awarded this site such a trustscore which is neither good nor bad is because it is so unpredictable but I’m going to give you my say and conclusion. The site has both negative and positive reviews, some people complained of getting scammed some say they ran into conclusion but what we know for sure is that this site is still kinda a new site and there obviously are going to be some problems which arise and mistakes. Okay here is a general summary of what people say about the site, those who have had some experience with the site.

Basically people have different views about the site and if you have your own perspective you are free yo share it here. The site cannot really be trusted that much. Those who have bought from the site have complained of having had made payments and not having received anything at all for the money they paid meaning they believe from their experience that the site is totally a scam site.

Others who have bought from the site claim that the products that are sold on the site are not really as they are advertised. They look real good on the site but when you finally receive the product you will find out that they are not of such good quality and they are being shipped from China. So yes that are complaints of the site selling counterfeits

Then there are also those who claim they wait for too long and the customer services is bad. Well at least these ones get their orders even though most of the times they complain that the quality is very poor. However there is also another batch that says the site is really legit and these ones are the ones that have been reviewing the site lately, they say the site has good customer services and the products offered are of good quality.

My say

The latest comments on the site as at date of post haven’t been that bad. So this can mean the site is improving. If you cannot trust thebsitr we advice that you buy from another, if the prices are not that high you may want to try out the site and see how it works out for you. Scammed; ordered duvet cover for $85.00 billed for $117.00. And $150.00 they have no idea what is going on with their products or their customers . They say they are going to refund
Your money but they never know what you have bought ,,,,”,,,,, so they refund you anything!,,,,,, Not legit ‘, don,t buy anything from them they don’t know who you are and don’t care. They are not going to correct anything thing because they don’t speak or write English or even try to,understand it,you, or your problem with your order.

There return policy on line sounds great. don’t do it. Returning something is PAINFUL….if you decide you don’t want something, they will offer you a discount on your next order to keep that instead of returning it. you tell them you’ll send it back to the address it was sent from. They say, that location does not process returns and therefore you won’t get your refund. But they refuse to give you a return to address or an RMA number. Long story short…they offer a discount either for the item or for your next order….and then they don’t honour it. I highly recommend you stay away from Articutre. They are nothing but a headache.

I was double charged for a moon light from Articture. I had to fight to get a response via email because there’s NO Phone # to call. My bank finally handled it for me. However, when I received the moon light, it was cheap looking and defected.does not do what it’s advertised to do. Never holds a charge and remote did not work. This company claims to pay for shipping returns on defected items yet they failed to send me a ship label so I’m stuck with a crappy worthless light that doesn’t even stay lit and my card was charged for this total disaster of an item. They wouldn’t even respond to my email request for a return/refund! I will now report to the BBB, yelp, google, you name it…if I can leave reviews on any site about Articture, I will.

Articture IS A COMPANY TO AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, and warn everyone else to avoid them. On May 20 I ordered two items: a lamp, and a cutlery set, shipped to our home. Articture booked two separate orders: one to my shipping address, and the other to my billing address – and charged me twice. To add salt to injury, they followed up my order confirmation with an email stating that the lamp will ship in 15-30 days, which makes it useless to me. I looked for a phone number: THERE IS NONE. I tried the online chat — ALL THIS WITHIN MINUTES OF PLACING THE ORDER — and was informed that if I pay $1 in advance, a tech will help me with my computer problems. I wrote email after email, pleading to CANCEL!!!!!! No way. No answer.

The cutlery finally arrived, along with an email saying that if I don’t want it I can ship it back ($25 in shipping costs) and I will get an 80% refund. That’s what happened. The lamps had not arrived as yet (it’s been 34 days).

ARTICTURE GIVES SHAME TO ALL ONLINE COMPANIES WHICH TRY TO DO DECENT, HONEST BUSINESS — especially in these complicated times. THE WORST POSSIBLE.
