I’m sure you wouldn’t be expecting it to get 5 star reviews because at times you may get the item with a defect which is quite rare but common on all legit sites and you really can’t please everyone. “I received this onn. 65 Class 4K (2160p) UHD LED Roku Smart TV HDR (100012587) on June 2, 2020. I’m not tech savvy or handy, but I was able to get this unboxed and set up within minutes. Because the TV is large, it is easier to maneuver with another person; however, it’s packaged so that you can manage it alone without damaging it.
I was happy to see only a small guidebook for quick setup, as this usually means the process will indeed be easy. The only really “mechanical” thing to do is screw the base stands on, and this was easy enough to do since they fit into grooves and you just turn the screws (two on the left, two on the right). Then I plugged the cord into the back of the TV, with the other end going into the wall outlet.
Then it turned on and prompted me through the setup – and it was indeed easy. I cannot complain about the packaging, the unpacking, the minimal assembly, or the setup. Have your internet username and password handy – I had my info on my phone on my internet service provider’s app. I did not connect a cable box or anything, and that’s part of the great thing about these TVs – you can use them as wifi streaming devices or as traditional cable TVs. I was prompted to set up a free Roku account on an internet-connected device (I used my phone – easy) and select the types of programming I like (much of it free, with pay-per-view, local channels, or premium channels also available; the options are many and changeable according to your desires and changing tastes).
The whole process was easy, fast, and guided succinctly. I see no drawbacks thus far, and it’s certainly the nicest TV I’ve ever had. The TV really is big! The picture is fantastic and the high definition is impressive. One can really enjoy a rich variety or programming and features on this TV. I can tell this is a unit that will vastly improve the viewer experience, and will probably even make me more interested in programming owing to the quality of the picture and sound. The remote control is also sleek and modernized without the excessive amounts of confusing buttons we’ve grown used to over the past few years. This television is going to be a welcome addition to my home.”
“I am really so excited to watch my new TV and yes, my son who is studying on 4th grade loves this Onn tv a lot. Everyday he says that this tv is a beast with nice clarity. This is definitely a great 4K UHD TV with Roku on it. Picture quality is amazing. Features are easy to use. One thing i definitely want to say that the performance of the TV is very fast. All apps loads quickly. SO far i have not seen the apps hung. AS soon as you start the TV with internet connectivity, the software will run automatically to update. I believe that update makes the TV really look cool and faster. Sound quality is good. Initially, i thought to buy an external sound bar but surprisingly after getting this TV, WOW , this TV is really really great even when producing sounds with clarity. I would definitely recommend this TV to everyone who wants to buy a TV with decent price without losing quality of the picture and sound. Thanks to Walmart !”
Awsome Tv for the Price. Clarity, lots of options and Xtra’s. Definitely a steal of a Deal! Would’ve gave it 5 stars, but the only thing if I had to complain, which I am not is that the Volume is not too loud. Recommend for the price.
Cons
Despite the majority of the people rating their experience with the TV as five star there are others who have also rated it as little as 1 star and wish they could rate it even lower than that. This has been because a few people have received the TV with a black line or 2 or cracked screen. This is clearly poor handling service and can be worked around by choosing services you think are better. You can also check out the Wal-Mart TV return policy for cracked screens and send it back for a refund or another one.

Conclusion
Seems like a good deal to me. If you are ever going to buy anything online them you must know sometimes unexpected things happen but it is legit and a recommended TV with a price that many people appreciate.
