Hinaway.com scam review

Hinaway.com is a new online store that claims to be selling valentine’s Day designed clothes, Van Gogh’s clothes and accessories etc. After coming across several negative feedback from other earlier customers most people wanted to verify the authenticity and legitimacy of this online store so this review will help you do that.

SCAM SIGNS

Age

According to the website hinaway.com they claim to have created the store in 2018 but according to whois.com hinaway.com was created December 2020. This makes it too new to be trusted. You can only trust an online store that is older than 6 old.

Contact details

Theres no physical address and no telephone number for this online store on the website. Only legit stores would be transparent enough to give their contact details for easier and effective communication with customers who would be having queries and questions regarding the store. Omitting their details is usually a bad sign and you wouldn’t want to deal with such a store.

Prices

The prices have been insanely reduced due to the huge discounts being offered by the store even for New year’s discounts they are not realistic. Lowering prices is a common scam sign and it’s usually a bait to have more people ordering from their website.

More information

There isn’t enough details of the owner of the online store and very minimum details about the store. Why would legit store give little details like that it would be transparent enough to people know more about it.

Verdict.

Hinaway.com is a scam and can not be trusted. If you’ve had any encounter with this online store please do let us know by leaving a comment below. stay woke

I ordered a blouse and it came in a timely manner. I have ordered again.

I ordered and received a top and earrings. I am now trying to exchange the top for a larger size and am onto the third round of email exchanges with customer support, where they are back-pedalling on their initial response of providing exchanges or refunds. Twice now they have offered a partial refund – $5, then $6, and the offer for me to keep the top “give it to a friend” and use the partial refund to buy a new top!
They asked for a photo of my purchase in its original packaging, which I sent, and said they would then provide a return address. I am still waiting on them to come good on this.
    Not happy!

I ordered a blouse and received an email saying there was a problem with delivery and to go to the Post Office or it would be destroyed. I’m checking it out tomorrow.

I received the merchandise I ordered and wanted to return an item but just like the above comment they said the return cost would be a lot and I should keep it and give it to a friend. I had to send them pictures of the packing and the merchandise and the SKU#s of the item. They offered me $6 back to keep. The merchandise is flimsy polyester, I have yet to respond to the offer to see if they actually refund the $6 if I keep it.

First time I ordered, several items were refunded right off the bat. No explanation. The other items I ordered did come and I was very happy with them. I ordered again.

I ordered three items as viewed on Facebook.Naive mistake. After several weeks, one was refunded without explanation. After two months I felt scammed. The did finally arrive with no labels of any kind, including washing instructions. The awkward return instructions had NO mention at all of a return address, phone number, website or even company name. Extremely cheap fabric , poorly made and ill-fitting. I wlll not further aggravate myself by trying to return; they will be donated. First, I should have read reviews and second, I will never order directly from FB. Lesson learned.
