  • Subpoena notice from google email review : Playtika vs Caesar’s interactive entertainment LLC

What is the Subpoena notice from Google

Lately a lot of people have been receiving some emails from lis-noreply@google.com informing them that Google has been subpoenaed (called for a court hearing) regarding a case involving Playtika and Caesar’s interactive entertainment LLC. People have been asking if this email is a scam and on this short review this is what we shall be looking at and we will also be explaining other things that relate to this email such as the case of Playtika. If you have received this email please let us know what you think about it and whether it is a scam or a legit email. Also if you receive some Playtika settlement emails just let us know.

    Is it a scam?

People have been giving various reasons on why they think the case is a scam and so on but there hasn’t been any real genuine sign that the email is a scam. Take it from me this email isn’t a scam at all. Although some people may think mistakes such as a misspelling of Playtika could be a sign that they are a scam. But looking at it there isn’t really any scamming attempt from the text.

They are no links for anyone to click which may result in you being at suspicious sites and there are no premium rated numbers you are instructed to call. Scammers don’t just send you fake information like this just for fun and the email is even a no-reply email address.

The email is simply making you aware that your details may be part of the required information in the court case and this is not an individual thing but a big issue involving lots of people who have most likely used some applications that are linked to Google play store. It doesn’t seem like there would be anything sensitive they would require or have to share and even if that happened it wouldn’t be anything anyone would notice or ever know because this is bulk and this is the court of law. Below is a copy of the class action settlement reached.

    Settlement

    • A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Playtika, LTD and Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC (“Defendants”), alleging claims under Washington state law based on the sale of virtual chips in the following social casino-style games: Slotomania, House of Fun, Caesars Casino/Caesars Slots, and Vegas Downtown Slots. Defendants deny all claims and that they violated any law, but have agreed to the Settlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with continuing the case.

    • You are a Settlement Class Member if you played Slotomania, House of Fun, Caesars Casino/Caesars Slots, and/or Vegas Downtown Slots while in the state of Washington on or before August 31, 2020.

    Verdict

If you have received one of these emails I can’t say that you may be compensated but maybe chances may be that you get compensated later on and if that ever happens you will be notified. The subpoena emails from Google emails aren’t a scam and they aren’t anything you should be worried about as far as i can see. Please share your views in the comments.

The settlement is all about a misleading discount that was being given by COACH in its retail stores. • 12 000 warrants for unemployment fraud

12 000 warrants for unemployment fraud

Lately there have been a lot of claims about people receiving warrants for unemployment fraud. This has been greatly questioned and it looks like the claims are from different areas as some claim that the 12 000 are from Arkansas and some are saying they are from Georgia alone, and some Greensboro.

I’m sure there have bee a lot of fraud taking place on the unemployment funds but the numbers that are being claimed from different states are clearly too high to be true. Last time these cases were recorded or talked about they weren’t over a thousand and to believe the numbers have grown to 12 000 warrants being issued for just Greensboro and it being not much of a big area is clearly fake.

    Conclusion

This is fake news and this is why you won’t find any genuine news site talking about it but they are just rumours that are being circulated on Facebook mostly and are not backed by any trusted source either. The unemployment fraud warrants are there but the number 12000 is simply man made news that has been going fast. Which state have you heard over 12000 warrants issued? Please let us know your views regarding this info.

  • Tobin Research Survey Text message : is the confidential survey a scam?

    Tobin Research Survey text messages

Hey everyone and welcome to my review of some text messages that have been circulating lately and they claim they are from Jen who is from Tobin Reseach. A lot of people have been asking about these text messages and I’m sure people just wanna know if they are safe or legit because these guys send you a link to click to visit their page or ask you for a reply. Please so share the number that has sent you this text message so we can tag them in this review as the  messages are being sent from different phone numbers and also share the text message that you got.

    Is it safe?

A lot of people have received these messages and they don’t seem to be having anything that seems unsafe about them. In the last few months or weeks there have been quite a lot of these messages that are into the oncoming elections and some of these have been asking if you would vote for Donald Trump this elections and claim they are from DB research.

One thing that seems amiss on this new text scam that claims to be from Tobin Research is the fact that they are leaving a link to the site “myopnion” which could be a tricl to try to make people believe its “myopinion” site and this has been quite suspicious.

Where did they get my details?

In all the things you do online and even at some untrusted sites you are asked for your details such as phone number, location, name and addrsss and the link and they may have bought these from such sites. Other places they can get these details from are facebook accounts or facebook or any other sites you may have had visited especially ones that you wouldn’t really trust.

    >>>CLICK HERE TO CHECK OUT THEIR WHO IS DETAILS<<<

    Verdict

Lately it seems these messages have been on the rise and many more are bound to come as the elections keep getting closer. You want to be careful before clicking some of the links as some may be from scammers who may simply be trying to get access to your credentials details. These guys promise you that next time you may be getting a $2 gift card per survey but I doubt that really and this may just be a trick to get you to subscribe to their email list.

  • NBA 2K20 error code 49730116 : How to fix this error

    NBA 2K20 Error code 49730116

Hello guys and welcome here where we will be talking about the error code that most players of NBA 2K20 have been experiencing whilst playing the game and trying to strike a deal or have a contract. Some people are probably wondering if this is only happening to them but not at all a lot of people have been having this problem  and are also looking for how they can fix this issue.

Whilst the solutions we found may be of help to you they may not work for you either so you may also need to try them out and give us a feed back if they worked for you or not. Now let’s take a look at how most of the people have fixed this error so you won’t have to leave out this deal you are trying to strike and enjoy the game. Also share your thoughts or report any problem in the comments that you may be having so we can get back to you.

    How others have fixed this

The main thing people have done to fix the error is to keep giving them offers and even if they decline the offers you keep offering until eventually they accept. I know that doesn’t sound much like a solution but 20K haven’t given a solution to that despite the many complaints and have simply told the complainters to wait.

That could be another way to fix it I guess and I’ve also heard some players telling the same. But the one most recommended right now is to keep offering. To be specific some have claimed you just have to give them the highest amount offer and they can decline it to times and then on the third attempt they accept.

Every one cam be impatient and just decided to leave the deal but this wouldn’t be really convenient as we need the deal so yea you just have to keep trying and see how it works out. You aren’t the only one stick with this there are a lot of complaints regarding this.

    Conclusion

Hope you enjoy your game and get the offer you need. If you have had some attempt to fix the problem that has worked for you any better please let us know in the comments section so we can help others who may also be stuck on the same deal and trying to get this fixed. Make sure you leave a comment about your experience.
