Hammer is said to be a state super computer and Scorecard is said to be a software program. Rumors have been saying Hammer and Scorecard has been used to hack into election systems to alter vote counts in the US presidential elections of 2020
Origins of Hammer and Scorecard
A man named Dennis Montgomery is the origin of the rumors about the existence of a supercomputer called Hammer (HAMR). There are claims that the Hammer and Scorecard where used in the 2012 US presidential elections to steal votes for former president Barack Obama and former vice president Joe Biden. The Hammer and Scorecard are said to have been activated once again for Joe Bien as he ran for president in the 2020 presidential elections.
Reasons why the Hammer and Scorecard could be real
- There were confidential audio recording releases by US District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom. In November 2015. They revealed that the Scorecard was deployed by the Obama team against Florida election computers in 2012.
- Dennis Montgomery, the CIA Whistleblower as he is referred to as, turned over a lot of illegally obtained surveillance and election data in August and December 2015 to the FBI and CIA under two minutes agreements.
- He also testifies regarding the Hammer and Scorecard while under path at the FBI’s secure Washington DC Field office. D. Montgomery would be in prison right now if he has lied to the FBI, but he is not.
- There is a video clip from CNN vita which shows the Hammer and Scorecard operating in real time. In this video, Trump loses votes as Biden gaines the same number of lost votes at the same time.
