The message has been sent to many people and they are also sending other messages which claim that your payments is on Hold and you need to call a certain number.  It is a phishing scam and they may want to try to convince you to go to some phishing site where you will lose your details to the site and they can use them to steal money from your account. On the other hand they will be telling to call a premium rate number which is a number that has extra charges to call as the service provider who in this case would be the scammer gets paid for it whilst you get charged lots for the call.
