It was created on the 16th of January 2019. The site won’t be around for long of course. It would be a surprise if it made it up to a year.
This we can tell by the fact that it was registered for short term. It was registered only for a year and this is the shortest plan available. I’m sure if there was an even shorter registration term the site would take that. If a site is registered for such a short term it simply means it isn’t really sure about the long term existence, especially if it it a business site, collecting people’s money.
