I may not be sure but I know for sure scam sites never give you real phone numbers if they do give you, otherwise they don’t usually give. This is because it just risks having them caught after calls have been tracked and remember everyone is just calling the site a scam and they too don’t wanna get caught.

WhoIs is an online tools that you use to see registration details of other sites. So when a site is registered the information is registered at whois and the other information has to be provided by the owner. Such information includes the owner of the site, the address, the contact information and those are the main things.
Realcheaps.com admin is not known. The contact information is also not given. If the site was legit they would not be hiding sich information and this information is mandatory when it comes to sites that have anything to do with people’s money.
The site is also too new to be trusted and is registered under a one year term. Obviously they can pay for another year when the term expires but usually sich online stores don’t have the intention of staying long especially after scamming people.
