This is because just because a site has many duplicates doesn’t make it a scam as long as it isn’t stealing money or important information from you such as your contact details and the like.

It doesn’t look like a scam to me. I’ve seen a number of these that look exactly the same and it looks like the sites are monetized by ads and that is why they are making you forward to other people so they can gain more traffic.
Pnewz.com asks you to give your details that is your name and that doesn’t really give them any scamming opportunities. The way they work is legit, they do serve their purpose which is help you to send happy New year’s flashy messages to friends and family.
Verdict
Of the thousands of views we have come across regarding Pnewz.com and related sites there haven’t really been any scam reports against the site and that makes them somehow legit.
