DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on 1st May, 2026. Two months later, it still hasn’t arrived. They send me the occasional email (in French) with tracking updates, which are utterly useless. They have no idea where the package is or when it might arrive. Customer service doesn’t reply to my emails, and they won’t issue a refund, even though they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.

Don’t go anywhere near this company. It’s not worth it.
