The above message is being sent to people and has already been received by others.     The text message is 100% scam do not follow anything they tell you. Just to make sure I had to go through the process to see what it all leads to. So first of all they will ask you some questions about the iPhone and you complete their survey. Please note that this is not Apple but some people who will earn from these surveys.

    Once you compete the surveys you will CLICK continue and be redirected to a site whet E you are supposed to pay $1 to get the phone. If they want to give you an iPhone for free then why not just do it because a dollar wouldn’t really make the difference.

    This is where you should stop. They will require your CVV and once you submit that they have your credit card details amd can charge you as much as they want. The site you will be buying from is not even a store but some funny name redirect.

    Have you receive this message? Do not buy from them they are a scam and do not follow anything they tell you to.     Hello everyone and welcome to my review of the scam that has been sent to a number of people lately.  So I got a call from a friend last night and she was asking me for my banking details and said she had received a $10000 dollar award for being a follower of some Facebook person and for liking his videos and stuff. She didn’t sleep that night thinking about the cash prize she had just received and she was supposed to call this number. So she is the one that actually went through all this now she then told me about it he next day.

     

    The next days

    Okay so I went to see her and she was like I spent the whole night on a call to receive my money and incident really go well. She called and the person was talking in some language she couldn’t hear and it was actually a voice mail and not a real person.

    She used up lots of airtime more than 20 bucks on a single call. She also got a lot of scam messages and texts that claimed the same thing that she had won $ 5000 for being a fan of the person.  The picture above shows the scam. The person claims that “you were chosen as the best fan who gt a 10 000 cash prize at my happiness event due to the birth of my daughter Ella Rose .”

     

    Verdict

    It’s a scam you will only be made to call a premium rate number which is a number that uses up lots of airtime as the person you call will be getting a share of the money you use up calling as an appreciation for the service they provide in his case they are not even providing a service. They may also lead you to untrustworthy sites which are risky. Do not do anything that these scammers tell you to do.

    Gifts-now.com claims to be giving away free gift cards. These cards are prices at $100 and all you have to do is claim that at the site to get them for free is what these guys will tell you. Well the deal sounds too good to be true, just getting a 100 dollar item for free just like that is quite not realistic considering the fact that these guys are offering these deals to lots and lots of people. If anyone goes to the site and wants the deal its readily available to them well in this review we are going to be assessing whether this is legit or its just another scam and as you shall see this is not legit.     How Gifts-now.com works

    Okay so here is how this all works. The site doesn’t really have all those gift cards they claim to be giving away. All they want you to do is complete tasks for them and these tasks can actually want them money.

    Once you claim the gifts you will be told to watch a video and in this video they tell you that you need to install and open some apps for at least 30 seconds and they give you a number of apps to open.

    This is actually the same thing you are made to do on get paid to do sites. So these guys get paid according to the number of installations they give to the owners of these apps. Well this is good for rankings on Google play store for the developers of the app and so are willing to pay for it.

    You must be careful of the apps you mau be mafe to download as some may even contain malware or be unsafe and also be careful of being redirected to some other sites.

    The site is actually a new site and it was created in April 2020 though it started to advertise just now. It’s not good to trust a site this new and the claims are too good to be true and they don’t even have any contact details

    About 2 years ago when I got started with this exposing fake online stores thing , there was always a bunch of scam sites that claimed to be selling dewalt tools. Ever since then they have always been there and some may claim to be selling something esle but advertising dewalt power tools. Once you see these sites then already you should suspect they are a scam. Just like many other sites selling these power tools, Defae.com is no doubt a scam online store.     The site hasn’t been online for long and thousands are already looking them up. The site is still too re to trust. It was created on the 13th of July 2020 according to the whois details we found. To trust a site it should at least have had people that have bought from it and have given positive reviews at least. Well just a few days online Decfae.com had a lot of complaints already.

    2. Complaints

    Those that have bought from the site  have complained that they made purchase and never got the items and when they reported it to the bank it was confirmed that the site is a scam. Some other have also identified the site as the same scammers who stole from them using other domain names and claim that they keep changing the names of the site to hide their identity. There is also an issue of fake delivery notes that the scammers create.

    3. Prices

    So after a long time of looking at dewalt power tool scams I have gotten well acquainted with the prices of the tools and one thing for sure is that they are expensive. The prices that are being charged by this online store are too good to be true and fake and just the exact scam prices that are charged by many other scam sites that claim to be selling these tools.  Don’t buy it is too good to be true.

    You should also try to contact the site before you can trust them with your money especially given the fact that the prices are too good and the site is too new and many previous scam signs. But to add on to the scams list the site doesn’t even have any genuine contact details. By these I mean true address and phone number and stuff like that. They won’t give you these because they want to keep their identity a secret. If they do provide any such details they would be fake contact details.

    If I were you and I came across a site that would be advertising power tools and all this experience I have had with the power tool scam sites I wouldn’t buy from them because I would know they are fake.     Well the email address doesn’t make them any legit because scammers almost all the time give email address but never give the other contact details. They may use this to send you fake confirmation emails or tracking codes.
