I’m not really sure why I have them a 15% because there is no reason to trust this site at all. In brief there is too much secrecy and hidden details and nothing to support what this site states it is. Definitely, this site is a ponzi site.

A ponzi site is a site In which members are trucked into investing their money into something that cannot really meet up with what it states it does. Its all about lies and trying to convince people to part ways with their money and expect returns. The person  in charge of the site benefits from the investments made by the investors. Here is how it works:

The first people that invest in the site may be the lucky ones who get a part of their investment back. This is to make them bring in more people when they have simply been given only a part of what they invested. In some situations the site owner may be too greedy to make any payments and keeps all investments. Some owners pay some of the investors and some try by all means to pay in the first days of the site so as to bring in more investors. Once the new investments are not sufficient enough to pay older investors or when there is an imbalance its time for the owner to collect the whole lot invested and walk away. Thus these sites may at times live a little longer than expected and some may love only for a few days.

Why I say this site is not worthy to be trusted with your money

The company

If you have visited the site you will realise that this site somehow presents itself as a car rental company located in Dubai. What company is this? What proof is there? What is the  name of this company? This is only to make you believe this site is genuine and this is what all ponzi sites try to do, some bring fake names, some dissolved companies, some great names.

There is no company mentioned anywhere that is in anyway connected to luxfund.pw. As convincing as it is that this company is real it isn’t. There is no address of the company, no company number, no certificate of incorporation .Even if this was present that wouldn’t be good enough to make anyone trust up to $2 500 into the hands of this site.

Unrealistic amounts

 

I know but firms can pay big amounts and award big interest rates and that is fine. But how in the world can someone raise 600% interest in 6 hours with the money you invest. This has no common sense about it that is completely nothing but a big lie. Offering such interest rates would run a company bankrupt within a week because not even the most profitable business can pay such high interests.

Though such high figures are learnt to draw investors, just a look at such a thing by a rational man should be good enough to tell this not possible. If such payments are made the company if it by any chance does exist would not last longer than a week or even a few days.

Not every site must be clear and disclosing about who owns it. If bloggers and other sites don’t feel like it, still it is no big deal. The only problem comes when a site that wants people to send their money to it doesn’t disclose who really is behind that and most of these sites like 95% of them have such details hidden from people. So how exactly am I supposed to trust such a site with my money when the site itself is not revealing about who exactly is behind the wheel of this thing I’m about to get in.

I did a lookup of the details of the admin of luxfund.pw and the details of the admin were not available. I’m sure everybody would want to know who exactly are they trusting with their money just to avoid putting all your faith in  a site that can be made with as little as $5.
